Yes. Our Service Department operates 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, coast to coast. Call 1-877-221-ROOF (7663) and we will dispatch a service team. Within 24 hours of completing an emergency repair we send you photos of exactly what was repaired, along with an estimate for a permanent fix.
Atlas-Apex Roofing is an industrial, commercial and institutional (ICI) roofing contractor. We work on hospitals, schools and campuses, institutional buildings, manufacturing plants, office towers, retail centres and hospitality venues. We do not offer residential roofing.
We have 15 offices across Canada: Toronto, Kitchener, London, Ottawa and Muskoka in Ontario; Montreal in Quebec; Richmond and Victoria in British Columbia; Calgary and Edmonton in Alberta; Regina and Saskatoon in Saskatchewan; Winnipeg in Manitoba; Halifax in Nova Scotia; and St. John’s in Newfoundland.
We protect our customers with $50 million in liability insurance coverage — by far the highest in the industry. In 2020 we became the first ICI roofing company in Canada to carry it.
With a comprehensive and timely preventive maintenance program, the effective life of a commercial roof system can often be extended to 25 or 30 years. If a roof is well maintained and monitored, restoration options can be applied in the last half — or even the last third — of its life, greatly extending its service.
Major projects are managed through our proprietary Production Operating System (POS), and service work through our Emergency Response System (ERS). You get an interim report while our crew is still on site, photo reports, recommendations and price quotations, plus a full service history through our Emergency Response Mobile App.
