IIBEC — the International Institute of Building Enclosure Consultants, formerly known as RCI — has a professional membership of more than 1,500 skilled individuals. Their specialties include designing, repairing and managing roofing, waterproofing and exterior wall systems, and many also specialise in forensic investigation, expert witness testimony and construction document preparation.
IIBEC professional members operate without conflict of interest. They are not connected with any manufacturer or product, they strive to be unbiased, and they are governed by an established code of ethics. They maintain a working knowledge of the latest industry technologies and methodologies, and they commit to annual continuing education requirements.
